Insuremore Ltd – £5,000 Dream Wedding or Honeymoon Prize Draw
Terms & Conditions
1. Promoter
- The promoter is Insuremore Ltd, a company registered in the United Kingdom ("the Promoter"). Wedinsure is a trading name of Insuremore Ltd.
2. Eligibility
- The prize draw is open to UK residents aged 18 years or over at the time of entry
- Entrants must purchase a wedding insurance policy from Insuremore Ltd during the promotional period in order to qualify for entry.
- Employees of Insuremore Ltd, their immediate families, or anyone professionally connected with the promotion are not eligible to enter.
3. How to Enter
- To enter the prize draw, entrants must purchase a valid wedding insurance policy from Wedinsure before the closing date.
- Only one entry per customer is permitted, regardless of the number of policies purchased.
- Policies that are cancelled or refunded prior to the draw date may be excluded from the promotion at the Promoter's discretion.
4. Opening and Closing Dates
- The prize draw opens on the date specified by the Promoter.
- The closing date for entries is 11:59pm on 31 December 2026.
- Any qualifying policies purchased after this time will not be entered into the draw.
5. The Prize
- One winner will receive £5,000 (five thousand pounds sterling) in cash to be used towards the cost of their dream wedding or honeymoon.
- The prize will be paid by bank transfer or another method agreed by the Promoter.
- The prize is non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and no alternative prize will be offered.
6. Winner Selection
- The winner will be selected at random from all valid and qualifying entries after the closing date.
- The Promoter's decision is final and binding.
7. Winner Notification
- The winner will be notified using the contact details provided at the time of policy purchase within 14 days of the draw.
- If the winner does not respond within 14 days of notification, the Promoter reserves the right to select an alternative winner.
8. Prize Fulfilment
- The prize will be paid within a reasonable timeframe following confirmation of the winner's eligibility.
- The Promoter is not responsible for delays caused by incorrect information supplied by the winner or circumstances beyond its control.
9. Publicity
- By entering the prize draw, the winner agrees to take part in reasonable promotional activity related to the competition, including use of their name and/or image, unless they request otherwise.
10. Data Protection
- Personal data will be processed in accordance with applicable UK data protection legislation and the Promoter's Privacy Policy.
- Data will be used solely for administering the prize draw unless additional consent has been provided.
11. FCA Disclaimer
- This prize draw should not be considered an inducement to purchase insurance.
- Customers should only purchase a wedding insurance policy if it meets their individual needs and circumstances.
12. General
- The Promoter reserves the right to withdraw, amend, or suspend the prize draw if necessary due to circumstances beyond its control.
- The Promoter accepts no responsibility for entries that are incomplete, invalid, or lost due to technical issues.
- This promotion is not sponsored, endorsed, or administered by any third party platform unless expressly stated.
13. Governing Law
- These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
